Our Team
Arthur “Bo” Villemain, - Chief Executive Officer Arthur earned his degree at Southwestern University in Georgetown and began working for EBS in 1995. As the head of technology for the company, he focuses on IT development and has a prominent role in development of the company’s new services and products.
Pete Villemain - President
Pete joined EBS in 1995 after graduating from Southwestern University in Georgetown. After assuming the role of president in 2004, Pete set out to continue an EBS tradition of providing high-quality health care products at competitive prices to the consumer. Pete specializes in the creation of self-funded health plans and plays an integral role in the development of new services and products.
Billie Villemain - Chief Operating Officer
Billie serves as Chief Operating Officer for EBS. As the original architect of EBS’ industry-leading services, she successfully built the company to withstand changes in the health care field. She currently works in internal operations, handling bill reconciling and human resources.
Olivia LaRose - Executive Vice President
Olivia is a long-time member of the EBS family, having worked with the company for nearly two decades. She studied at the University of Texas at El Paso and specializes in client relations. Her area of expertise is in the evaluation of contracts between the insured and insurance companies that serve them and developing contracts for self-insured customers.
Mike Wilson - Chief Financial Officer
Mike oversees the financial and the operations side of the company. Prior to EBS Mike was the owner of SBS
Administrative Services from 1995 through September of 2008. Mike brings with him a vast knowledge of administrative
skills and company management experience.
